How long does shipping take?

Your order will be dispached within 48 hours, and delivery can range between 3-5 working days.

Which couriers do you use?

We either use Royal Mail or Evri. We are unable to guarantee which provider will be used currently as its dependant on the parcels size and weight.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a email with your tracking information.

We ask if you have entered the incorrect details please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can rectify this every time, but we will certainly try!

Yes, we ask to be notified within 12 hours to be able to cancel your order

Subscription Boes

How does a subscription box work?

Once you purchase a subscription box you are automatically subscribed for three months, after then, you can cancel anytime.

Do you get discount on a subscription box?

Yes, your first 6 boxes have a 10% discount* and then increasing to 15%


*10% discount compared to purchasing a single product

When will I get charged for my subscription?

You will get charged for your subscription box on the same day as your original purchase each month

Can you guarantee what is in my subscription box?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact items you will receive in our subscription boxes. Please read exact item descriptions for a range of items you may receive.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription after the initial three months by either logging into your account, or by following your subscription email to manage your subscription.

We are allergy cautious here at KeelsCreates. If you have a allergy we kindly ask you inform us by putting a note on your order (you can do this on checkout)
This is to ensure we can take extra precautions for you.

How long do your sweets keep for?

Gift boxes which contain loose sweets:

We advise for them to be consumed within a few days, just to ensure they remain fresh.

Calorie Boxes/Sweet Pouches:

Our sweet bags and pouches are heat sealed. Therefore they remain fresh as long as you need them too! Once the bags are opened, we would advise to consume within a few days. A best before date will also be provided with your order, these dates usually range 3+ months unless otherwise specified.
